1. Not a Substitute for Medical or Professional Care

All services provided by Shaman Ryan are complementary, spiritual, and educational in nature . They are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and energetic alignment.

These services do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment .

Shaman Ryan is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional . The services offered are not a replacement for professional medical or mental health care.

6. Release of Liability

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service offered by Shaman Ryan, you agree to the following :

You release and hold harmless Shaman Ryan from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in services or your interpretation of information provided

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including emotional or energetic release

You indemnify and hold harmless Shaman Ryan from any claims arising out of or related to your decisions, actions, or interpretations based on services received

7. Electronic Recordings and Content

You acknowledge that:

Recordings may be made of sessions, courses, or group calls

These recordings may be used for educational, promotional, or archival purposes

Your personal identifying information will not be shared without explicit permission

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, teachings, frameworks, systems, methodologies, and guidance provided by Shaman Ryan — including but not limited to courses, videos, worksheets, group sessions, and community content — are the intellectual property of Shaman Ryan LLC and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

By accessing any Funmaxxing content, you agree that you may not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any material provided without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this material is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaman Ryan LLC and its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, or data

Damages arising from any decisions, actions, or inactions taken based on content, guidance, or sessions provided

Total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Shaman Ryan LLC in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our services, or any dispute with Shaman Ryan LLC shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ingham County, Michigan.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim.

You also agree that any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim.

You also agree that any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.
